Breakfast is Served!!

Cinnamon Einkorn banana smash smoothie is my new favorite breakfast. This is so delicious it almost feels like I’m having dessert for breakfast. I love making my own smoothies and knowing the ingredientsย I am using are healthy for my whole family! This was a little creation I came up with last week and I could not wait to share it with you. I know you will love it!


Making The Cinnamon-Einkorn Banana Smash Smoothie

I add all my ingredients to my favorite blender of all time, my VitaMix! This this is so high powered you can put tons of fruits and veggies and it gets the job done. Honestly, I thought my hubby was a bit crazy when he came home from a home show with one of these, but we have gotten our money’s worth.

This is Easy!

Add 1 1/2-2 cups of water, 1/2-3/4 cup alternate milk of choice (I like coconut or almond milk). Then add the Einkorn granola about 1/2 cup should work fine along with 2 scoops of the Vanilla Spice Pure Protein Complete, 1 frozen banana (that’s the key to the thicker consistency) and for me I pile on the ice, I love it almost like a frosty. To this blender, I add 2 dips of my toothpick in the Vitality Cinnamon Bark. Remember to pour your smoothie into a glass container or stainless steel.
