Lavender: The Swiss Army Knife of Oils
Lavender essential oil is known to be a highly versatile essential oil. I love the soothing and calming fragrance. You can just inhale directly from the bottle, from your cupped hand or use your home diffuser. I frequently diffuse Lavender at bedtime to promote a restful night of sleep, along with my favorite pillow. It works well with the children too and they often ask for their bedtime oils. I like to rub the oil on the bottoms of the kids feet. You can use it “neat” or undiluted but typically I like to dilute everything.
