I Love Massages with Young Living Massage Oil Blends

Don’t you love a great massage? My husband and I decided for our last anniversary to purchase a massage table so we could work on each in the comfort of our own home. This was the best anniversary gift we have ever received. Massage is so healing and has been used for years to help in physical and emotional restoration. Receiving a massage by someone who loves you is amazing spiritually, physically and emotionally. Looking to improve your marriage, this gift can only help in that arena! Massage is known to improve circulation, lymph drainage and aids in the detox process (removing waste). Massage can improve the flow of energy and can help balance the nervous system.

Young Living's Massage Oils

Massage Oils

The reason I am sharing about this amazing gift, is that we love Young Living’s Massage Oils. They offer 6 different massage oil blends and the endless option to create your own. Young Living’s massage oils are therapeutic grade. Have confidence in the ingredients for the same reason I only use this brand of essential oils. These can be used in your personal massages or professional massage treatments.

The first 5 massage oil blends I will discuss contain the same 5 vegetable oils as their base.

Almond Oil is high in Vitamin E and phytonutrients. This is highly nourishing to the skin and protective against oxidative stress.

Coconut oil (fractionated) helps the absorption of other oils.

Grape Seed Oil is light, odorless and nourishes the skin.

V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex

Don’t forget about Young Living’s V-6 complex. I like to use this for my carrier oil . Create your own custom massage blends using V-6 as your carrier base and adding 15-30 drops of your essential oil selections to 1/8-1/4 cup of V-6. Remember stronger/hotter oils require more dilution with V-6. All of the massage blends should be shaken well before use.

Which will you try first??
