Ravensara Essential Oil (Ravensara aromatica)
Helps restore proper respiratory function, nasal function and supports the sinuses. This oil is a cross between nutmeg and clove plants so it may support the adrenals.

Eucalyptus radiata (Black Peppermint Oil)
Popular oil used medicinally for ages to support the lungs and sinuses.

Wintergreen Essential Oil (Gaultheria procumbens) is warming. It contains methyl salicylate and has a cortisone-like effect that can help with soreness associated with everyday activities. May help support musculoskeletal system. It is also a good support for the lymphatic and respiratory systems.

Peppermint Essential Oils (Mentha piperita) is soothing, cooling and supports the lungs and sinuses, can help encourage proper nasal function. Peppermint helps support the respiratory system (lungs and sinuses).

Lemon Essential Oil (Citrus limon) is high in d-limonene and is a great antioxidant. Lemon is immune supportive. It is also purifying and uplifting.

Raven is an essential oil blend that I like to add to my diffuser. I have also added Raven to the diffuser along with other essential oils such as Lavender and even Rosemary for added support. The combination also smells quite amazing.  It is also part of my homemade chest rub roll on recipe. I like to mix Raven with organic coconut oil and apply to my back, throat, or chest then hop into a warm shower to allow the oils to be driven into my skin just a bit faster with the water since water and oils repel each other.
As with any essential oils use caution when using on children but extra caution necessary  in small children due to wintergreen and peppermint essential oils.
