R.C. Essential Oil For Respiratory Support

Why use R.C. essential oil? This is a great one to choose for respiratory support. Supporting the lungs and sinuses naturally with essential oil encourages proper nasal function. R.C. is a unique combination that is soothing.  R.C. contains limonene which is a helper to defer free radicals. R.C. with its unique combination of essential oils is also supportive to the immune system.

How Young Living describes R.C.

R.C.™ Essential Oil Blend is a unique combination of Cypress, Spruce, and three types of Eucalyptus (E. globulus, E. radiata, and E. citriodora) oils, and includes the naturally occurring constituent limonene. Rub R.C. on your feet or chest before exercise to uplift and inspire, or massage three drops on your feet before bedtime to encourage an atmosphere of comfort. R.C. can also be used in place of Aroma Siez™ in Young Living’s Raindrop Technique®.

Favorite Ways to Use R.C.

R.C. in the diffuser is especially uplifting and clears and freshens the air. Of course you are inhaling the oil when you are diffusing with your cool mist diffuser or inhaling directly from the bottle or your cupped hand over your nose. Either application goes to your lungs, again for respiratory support.

Applying R.C. topically is best applied with your favorite carrier oil, such as Young Living’s V-6 or coconut oil. I like to apply as a chest/back rub or to the bottoms of feet as desired.

A Closer Look at R.C.

Cypress essential oil historically a strong wood used to build ships, statues and th elike. Cypress is supportive to the immune system and circulatory system. It is an emotionally grounding oil.

Spruce essential oil  offers immune and hormone support. Another emotionally balancing and grounding oil. Spruce was believed to have a frequency related to prosperity in ancient cultures

Eucalyptus globulus essential oil contains the key constituent 1,8-Cineole (Eucalyptol). Another immune supporting oil. Used historically in mouth rinses. It is supportive to the lungs and sinuses. Supportive to sore muscles on occasion, after a typical work out.

Eucalyptus radiata essential oil also high in Eucalyptol constituent, so similar properties to globulus. Slightly gentler in my opinion.

Eucalyptus citriodora essential oil used in days gone by as linen closet perfumery. Also respiratory and immune supporting.

As you can see this is a great combination for your “oily cabinet”. This now comes as part of Young Living’s New Premium Starter Kit.

Comments

  1. I had been battling for.a long time with allergies and food.allergies. I was given a bottle of RC and sniffed it from the bottle twice a day and was absolutely cleared. Was over the moon. My family couldn’t believe it either. Thanks so much.

  2. How often can you use R.C.? Typically I defuse it every evening at bedtime. Is that too much? Just curious as Young Living only allows you to order one bottle of R.C. a month.

    • I typically use that when I want to support my respiratory system. They only allow one per month because of the supply constraints.
